Believed to be an authentic WW I U.S. Army Helmet, and most likely repainted by the Army for Civil Defense during WW II.

This helmet was taken to The Tin Soldier, at 222 Vernon Street in Downtown Roseville, for authentication. The Tin Soldier has been in the war memorabilia business for 33 years and is well qualified to authenticate items like this.
