This is believed to be an authentic WW II German Army Enlisted Man's Field Hat. The hat badges appear to be original and authentic, but could have been replaced.

This hat was taken to The Tin Soldier, at 222 Vernon Street in Downtown Roseville, for authentication. The Tin Soldier has been in the war memorabilia business for 33 years and is well qualified to authenticate items like this.
