This is believed to be an authentic non commissioned Officer's cap from WW II.
This hat was taken to The Tin Soldier, at 222 Vernon Street in Downtown Roseville, for authentication. The Tin Soldier has been in the war memorabilia business for 33 years and is well qualified to authenticate items like this. The identification is Ken’s, from The Tin Soldier opinion, which we believe is correct.
