Made by Matco (part of Lincoln). Includes regulator but no tank. Plugs into regular 110V home outlet. Appears to work, didn't have gas or wire to test but it powers up and wire feed works. Owner tells us it works well. Very good condition. Dusty, but doesn't reflect a lot of use. Cart is sturdy and tight and has place to secure tank. Model WFW140. Top is 37.5" tall, 13.25" wide, and overall about 34" deep.
