Appears complete but does not run. Pendulum wire is intact but spinning pendulum does not activate movement. Fully wound and includes key. Glass cover has minor chips along bottom. Stands about 15" tall to top of dome. Part of hour hand is broken off and included. Could not find makers name, only 'Germany' along bottom of face.
