Has a dirty spot that will probably clean up on front left arm rest (see pictures), otherwise excellent condition. Seat is 18" wide inside armrests, and bottom extends out 48" from back. Top of back is about 31" tall. Overall 26" wide and about 60" deep. Very comfortable.
