Made by Simons. The mattress is very comfortable, especially compared to a typical hide a bed. Owner tells us it has only been used a few times. Without the bed extended, it is 25" high, 67" wide and 34" deep. The mattress is 53" wide and 72" long. The sofa has a small tear on the inside, barely noticeable - see pics. Otherwise it is in good condition and very well made. Heavy - Please bring help to move!
