Description:

Brushed aluminum frame with a back that flexes. According to the tag, it was made by the General Fireproofing Co., in San Luis Obispo, CA
Top of back is 32" high, it is 22" wide at the armrests, and 24" deep
Has some minor scuffs on the aluminum, but is sturdy and in good condition
