• Well used, but complete and intact. The only markings found are on the side of the action, stamped 'J. Stevens Arms and Tool Co., Chicopee Falls, Mass U.S.A.'. Also stamped 310 in the top of the action, under where the barrel rests. No markings on the barrel. Single shot, break action with wood stock
• The barrel is 30" long. Overall it is 45.5" long
• Includes the leather pad attached to the end. The pad is marked Broadway Jostam Mfg Co on the side
• Good rustic condition

  These firearms are subject to the transfer rules of the State of California. The transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period will be done by the Licensed Firearm Dealer at Quality Supply, located at 1225 E. Kentucky Ave. in Woodland, about 2 miles from our warehouse. Their website is Quality-Supply.com. They have these firearms and they are available for viewing during their normal business hours, which are M-F 7-5. In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Quality Supply, a Background Check fee of $25.00, and a Transfer fee of $10.00. There will also be a 10 day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There is also a new rule that requires a firearm buyer to pass a safety test, or to hold a valid California Hunting License. Quality Supply does not administer this test, but it can be taken at Big 5 or other sporting goods store. These fees and rules are mandated by the US government and State of California. PLEASE DON'T BID ON THESE FIREARMS UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THESE ADDITIONAL FEES AND RULES, AND CAN PASS A DROS BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
