Could not find a maker’s name, but it is all steel, sturdy and well made. The upper lid opens with storage inside, plus it has a single drawer. Both have working locks, and the key is included
The top of the handles is 35.5”. The top surface is 32” high, 30” wide and 16.5” deep
Shows use, but the castors, drawer and top lid all operate smoothly. Needs some cleaning.
