Description:

From an old auto shop that operated from the late 1950’s until about 2000. Sun Volt-Ampere Tester, Model VAT-28, on rolling cart. Appears to have all of the leads, and a few related tools in the bottom.
The rolling cart is also labeled Sun Portable Test Stand, Model PTS-18
Both need major cleaning. The cart has surface rust on the two chrome sections
