• Believed to be a Service Luger from 'Between the Wars'. Has wood at the bottom of the magazine.
• Stamped '4266' on both the front of the action and bottom of the barrel. Also stamped Germany on front of the action and on the wood part of the magazine. Also has several other stamps and marks, see pics for all
• Very good condition, especially for age. Seller tells us it came back from Europe at the end of WW II with a soldier, and has not been fired since the 1950's.

• This is a firearm, and is subject to the transfer rules of the State of California. The transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period will be done by the Licensed Firearm Dealer at Quality Supply, located at 1225 E. Kentucky Ave. in Woodland, about 2 miles from our warehouse. Their website is Quality-Supply.com. They have this firearm and it is available for viewing during their normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Quality Supply, a Background Check fee of $25.00, and a Transfer fee of $10.00. There will also be a 10 day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There is also a new rule that requires a firearm buyer to pass a safety test, or to hold a valid California Hunting License. Quality Supply does not administer this test, but it can be taken at Big 5 or other sporting goods store. These fees and rules are mandated by the US government and State of California. PLEASE DON'T BID ON THESE FIREARMS UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THESE ADDITIONAL FEES AND RULES, AND CAN PASS A DROS BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
