Description:
  • This is believed to be an early Remington Model 12, from prior to 1921. The only marks on the gun are where it is stamped '22 Short, Long, or Long Rifle' on the barrel. Could not find a model number. It is stamped with the serial number 'RW 85392' on the bottom of the action. There is also a tiny mark at the base of the barrel.
  • Pump action with tube magazine
  • Has a lot of wear and aging on both the action, barrel and wood.
  • The butt of the stock was cut for a child at one time, with the piece was glued and screwed back on
  • Barrel is 21" long. Overall it is 38.5" long
  • The action works smoothly, and it appears to be complete. Good rustic condition

PLEASE DON'T BID UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

  • This is a firearm, and is subject to the transfer rules of the State of California. The transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period will be done by the Licensed Firearm Dealer at Quality Supply, located at 1225 E. Kentucky Ave. in Woodland, about 2 miles from our warehouse. Their website is Quality-Supply.com. They have this firearm and it is available for viewing during their normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Quality Supply, a Background Check fee of $25.00, and a Transfer fee of $10.00. There will also be a 10 day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There is also a new rule that requires a firearm buyer to pass a safety test, or to hold a valid California Hunting License. Quality Supply does not administer this test, but it can be taken at Big 5 or other sporting goods store. These fees and rules are mandated by the US government and State of California. PLEASE DON'T BID ON THESE FIREARMS UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THESE ADDITIONAL FEES AND RULES, AND CAN PASS A DROS BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
  • Quality Supply also has a full line of automotive, truck, and tractor parts. Please support them if you need any parts or firearms! They are great to work with, and a good firearm dealer is hard to find!
