Made of plaster, and signed on back. Appears hand painted, and has lots of detail, including a ship wheel on the top nut.
Has a signature in back – see pics
The very top is 34” tall. The top of the main base is 19” tall. The bottom is about 14” x 13”
Unique and in very good condition
