Appears to be original oils or acrylics on art paper, and framed on front of the Green background, with glass over the front. The artist's signature at the lower left corner is hard to read. Has the date 1997, and there appear to be some stamped letters next to the signature, hard to see in pics
The frame is metal. The outside is 35" x 28". The painting itself is 30" wide and 28" tall
Unique, and in very good condition
