Description:

Works well. The main cutting blade turns at a constant speed, but the speed of the chuck in the upper section is controlled by the dial. The section with the chuck pivots, and can be moved to different positions. Well made with anodized aluminum frame. Includes 20 cutting blades, some are used but several appear to be new and have different contours.
