Description:

The mixer is a project, the electric motor is frozen up. The barrel is intact and spins, needs a new motor. The mixer assembly sits on the tripod base, and can pivot. It can be lowered down to dump into a wheelbarrow
The wheelbarrow holds 4 cubic feet, and needs a tire and rim
The tamper is 34" x 7.5". The handles are 31.5" high
