Both are well used, but in working condition. We ran a load through, and it is a little noisy, but both units work well. The washing machine is Maytag Model LA212. Dryer is Maytag Model LDE490
The surface of both is 37” high, the top of the backs is 44.5”. The washing machine is 25.5” wide, and the dryer is 28.5”. Both are 27” deep, plus the hoses and cords
Both units are connected and working. Buyer will need tools to disconnect, and can have all connections. Buyer will need help to load
