Description:

An authentic, rare ‘Sad Clown’ Cookie Jar, made by McCoy Pottery in 1970. Seller tells us only a few of these were produced, and they are seldom seen
Top of lid is 9.5” high
The lid has a small chip on the top of the rim, and a larger chip on the bottom. The base has crazing that can be seen from the inside, a small crack near the top, and something that has dripped down the front at some point - see pics. Otherwise a unique cookie jar in good condition
