Includes 2 binders, each with 50 covers and stamps honoring the 100 greatest Americans. Issued by the Franklin Philatelic Society. All are new and unused. According to the info sheet inside, it is a limited edition collection of 7,500 sets. Could not find the date issued. All in very good condition.
