Description:

Not sure who signed it. Appears to read 'Scott (unreadable last name) QB Packers', but the last name does not look like Tolzien. Includes a COA, but with no name or matching numbers. Both were together in plastic wrapper. The ball has minor scuffs but is in good condition. Update: A user believes this signature is from Scott Hunter, who was a backup QB for the packers in the 1970's.
