The doll itself is about 18 inches tall. The outside of the display case is about 21 inches tall, 13 inches wide, and 11 inches deep. The seller believes this was purchased in Japan prior to the mid to late 1970's. Also includes a handheld Geisha fan, still in the original plastic.
