Description:

The hydraulics work in the chair section, it can be lowered to a surface height of 18.25", and raised to a height of 29". It also rotates, and could tilt with some lubrication and rust removal. The welding surface plate is 1/4" steel, and is 17.5" x 20.75". Needs some cleaning and TLC, and is very heavy.
