Includes combination, and is in great working condition. Prior owner covered it with fire resistant layer which can be removed, and cut a box to fit perfectly over the top to disguise it as a box - see pics. The safe itself, with the covering is 19" tall, 16.5" wide, and about 19.5" deep. It is not heavy by safe standards, according to the box it weighs 112 lbs. See pics of box for capacity and other info. The inside of the cover box is the original box for the safe.
