Made by the Standard Electric Time Company. Owner tells us this is a slave clock that originally ran from a master clock. Electric cord on back has been cut - see pics. Outside measures 17" square. The clock face is about 13" across. The outer frame is all metal, and the movement sticks out about 1.75" on back. Did not test.
