Appears to be a homemade stand for this purpose. It is very well made with antique solid steel wheels on one side. It has a sawdust drawer, and a blade storage compartment. There are two different electric motors underneath, one for the table saw and one for the sander. Both need belts, and the sander needs a sanding belt. The sander is made by Dunlap, and appears to take a 36" - 37" sanding belt. Both motors work well, and are quiet. The saw mechanism also spins freely, but the saw motor is missing one of its mounts - see pics. Vintage construction - no belt or blade guards.
