Heavy duty and very well made. The boom adjusts to different angles, and the load is lifted with the hand winch with a ratchet lock. Has two steel wheels on front, and no wheel on back. Appears to work, the winch turns and locks. In the position in the pics, the boom is about 69.5" high. Overall, it is about 79" long. The base section is 5" channel. The angle of the boom can be adjusted by lowering or raising the back brace. Also includes a load leveler, used to pull automotive engines. Needs some TLC, but it is very well made and heavy duty. Very heavy - estimated to be about 300 lbs, we can help load onto truck with front loader.
