Steel frame. Was manufactured, and could be useable with a new sheet of plywood on top. Has been outside, and has some surface rust, but is solid and sturdy. The surface, with the existing rotting plywood, is 33.5" high, 72.5" long and 33.5" deep. Has a lower shelf, and a template for electrical connection.
