This is a large Black Forest Cuckoo Clock. The cuckoo works on the hour, but the clock itself only runs for a few minutes. The bird comes out and makes one cuckoo for each hour. There is also a metal chime that is flat and needs adjusting. The box itself is 7.5 inches wide and 11 inches high. The front, including the scroll work is 23 inches high and 15 inches wide. The face itself is 5.5 inches round.
