Description:

Body appears to be bisque, and head is porcelain. Head and arms are not attached, could be repaired. Head is marked 'Germany 10' Eyes open and close, and the tongue moves. Has a vent or speaker in back. Overall, it is about 21+" long. Shows some cracking on arms, but appears to be complete. Both eyelids work.
