Made by Chairworks. It has a metal frame, canvas bases and backing on the pads, which have a naugahyde front. The chair reclines, and is very comfortable. There is a handle on the right side that appears to be a position lock, but doesn't work - needs some tightening. It easily stays in any position as is. A bolt is missing from the right arm cushion, but it stays in place.
