Takes 2 quarters to turn any of the mechanical handles one turn. All mechanical, no electrical and it appears to work. Includes key, which unscrews the bolt to get inside. Quarters are collected in the small metal tray under each group of handles. The top row will hold 4 different groups of snacks, each up to a little over 4.5" wide. The bottom holds 7 different snacks, up to a little over 2.5" wide and different thicknesses - see pics. Shows some use and may need some adjustment to make each snack item work correctly, but is complete and in good condition.
