Each layer has 4 different sets of 12 utensils. The top section has serving utensils. Made in Thailand by the Fortune Jewelry Co. The wood rails inside the case that hold the 3 trays in place need minor repair, otherwise it is complete and in very good condition. Shows very little, if any, use.
