Both are all metal, with castors on bottom. One is covered with rust, but sturdy and usable.
The taller is 35.5” at the handles, 30” long and 15.5” wide. The gray cart is 31” tall, 33” long to the handle, and 16.5” wide
The gray cart has a bent castor on bottom that sticks, otherwise both in usable condition
