Description:

The cord on the electric motor is bad, did not test. The sanding unit spins freely. The sander is a Rockwell, appears to be Model 31-710. The motor is a Marathon Electric 1.5 hp, wired for 240V. The bench is all wood on castors. The vise is by Armstrong and opens up to about 7”.
The top of the bench is 38” high, 49” wide and 28.5” deep
The bench surface is bowing down slightly in the middle, it is sturdy and in usable condition. Lots of shop residue, needs cleaning.
