This scooter has been sitting out, next to the shop for at least 10 years. It appears to be complete, except the ignition key and a small cover on the front below the seat. The rear wheel brake is locked up, the throttle and brakes are also locked up. It needs many repairs, but could be saved because it is a Honda and stylish. Has not been registered since 2001, and is believed to be way out of the DMV System. The Seller received this from his father who is deceased, and never had a title. Buyer will be given a Bill of Sale, and will need to get a VIN Verification to get it titled and licensed.
