Done with paints and pens on paper. The signature appears to be Paula K. Hinz. There is also a small tag on back with the title. It is set back in a deep frame with glass front. the outside of the frame is 42” x 34.5”. The paper itself is about 22” x 30”. It could use some cleaning, and the sides of the paper are beginning to curl up. Otherwise a beautiful painting in good condition.
