Both are in good condition. The Husky Cabinet has a wood surface. The Craftsman Toolbox is a unique style with hardware bins in the bottom drawer. Both have some tools inside, all included. Both lock and the keys are included, the Craftsman also has the bar to lock the drawers. The Husky Cabinet has a dent in the lower left drawer, but it still opens and closes fine. It is 36.5” tall, 46” wide plus 4 1/2” for the handle, and 18” deep. The Craftsman box is 17.5” high, 26” wide and 12” deep.
