Both are good quality, machinist boxes. Includes the tools inside. All of the drawers in both boxes fit and slide smoothly except the bottom drawer on the Dayton, which is missing the handle and needs some work on the rollers. The Dayton also has some corrosion of the paint on the top left front. The Kennedy has a few dents, including on the left side and top. The Dayton is Model 3W158 A. It is 35” high, 29” wide and 18” deep. The top Kennedy Box is Style 520. It is 13.5” high, 20” wide and 8.5” deep.
