Both are fine furniture quality chairs, made by Ethan Allen. Both have some minor scuffs from use, one has a small chip in the finish on one arm. The pads are in good condition, and both are wide and very comfortable. The tops of the backs are 36”. Outside the arms is 31”, and they are about 36” deep. Buyer will need help to load.
