Both were in the seldom used living room, and are clean and in very good condition. Made in USA by Lariz’s Furniture Co. Both have a tag from treatment with Stainsafe Protector. There are small dogs in the home, but they were blocked off from this room. Both are very comfortable and ready to use. The sofa is 8’ wide, loveseat is 6’ 1”. Both are 38” high at the back and 40” deep. Both are fairly heavy and big. They are near a sliding door, but will need to be carried around the house to load. Buyer will need to bring help to load.
