Shizuoka Model AN-S 3-axis knee mill with 4 Axis Centroid Model M-39 CNC Controller. Complete and in excellent working condition. This machine has never been in a mass production environment. It was first in a performance racing shop, and later in a prototype shop, primarily working with aluminum. It is fully functioning and ready to use. Has a 4 Axis Controller, and includes a 4th axis Servo Motor, new in box. With the addition of a rotary table, it could be a full 4 Axis Machine. Currently is a fully functioning 3 Axis Machine. Includes manual for the machine itself, and for the Centroid Controller. The Centroid M-39 controller was first installed on the mill in 2003. The CNC controller includes Centroid's Intercon milling software allowing parts to be programmed at the mill, and to edit/revise G-code developed with off-machine CAD/CAM software. 

Also includes an assortment of cutting tools, 2 V Blocks, and other accessories. Has many add-ons including:

- Pneumatic Power Draw Bar

- Emergency Stop Button

- Centroid M-39 control & jog pendant

- Variable Spindle Speed via Inverter Drive

- Auto Lubricator

- CNC computer located inside the control panel was replaced by Centroid in 2012

- CNC control panel is mounted on a free-standing unistrut rack

- All servo motors and limit switches are connected to the control panel via custom cables with quick-connect multi-pin connectors. Easy to reconnect and recommission. 

- LCD computer monitor

This machine weighs 4,500 lbs, it needs to be professionally moved. It is in Placerville, CA and was moved to its current location by Von Arx Drayage. There is some flexibility on when it can be picked up by the buyer, but it needs to be paid for before or during the pick-up time.
