Runs, but is hard to start and is missing on at least 1 cylinder. Seller tells us it ran fine last year and was used for mowing. It needs a new steering wheel, and the metal air cleaner piece that goes on the outside. The gears, clutch and brakes all work. Both back tires have good tread, but the left rear has a slow leak. The left front has a fast leak and is in bad shape with cracks. It has been converted to 12 volt, and has an alternator and 12V starter. Needs some bolts to hold the hood down, and is missing the oil filler cap and dipstick. The hood is dented, and it is missing the grille piece. No battery. The battery in some pics is not included.
