Miller Bluestar 2E AC/DC Arc Welder/Generator, powered by a Tecumseh single cylinder, cast iron engine. It has electric start, but no battery. We tried to start it with a battery, jumper and external fuel tank, but could only hear a solenoid clicking inside. The motor has compression, but it is low. The gas tank needs to be cleaned out, and it needs a fuel line. Missing the air cleaner assembly. The tires are from a motorcycle and neither holds air. It includes some leads, but they need adapters on the ends. Seller tells us this worked as a welder when last ran a few years ago.
