All metal. The door has broken off. It could be easily welded or even wired to use. It has been sitting under a roof in a pole barn for several years, so had some light rust and could use paint. It is sturdy and well made. The top is 6’3” high. The cage itself is about 37” high including the handle, and about 22” wide. The cage is welded to the base, so they don’t come apart. There are plastic castors on the bottom that appear to be in good condition and add about 2.5” of height.
