Car Dolly Rolling Frame. It needs some TLC and fabrication to be usable as a car dolly, but the main frame is here. It needs new angled cross pieces out to the tongue, one is missing the other looks weak. It also needs some ramps and pockets for the car tires, along with a way to lock the car down, along with wiring and tires. Both tires hold air but are checked, and one has a slice in the sidewall. The tires are 195/75R - 14’s. The wheels are 5 lug, 4.25” studs. No VIN Number or license plate found. Buyer will need to title it as homemade and get DMV to assign a VIN and PTI license plate.
