40.5" tall, 25" wide and the lower section is 10" deep. Solid wood construction with tongue and groove slats in back. The whole unit is loose - needs some gluing and reinforcing of back, there are also some scuffs. Otherwise it is in good condition, and could be nice with some TLC.
