Hand painted floral design on the silk. The frame is wood with a glass front. Overall, it is 26.5" wide, 7.5" wide, and just under 2" deep. The silk on the fan has some light stains, barely visible in pics. The framing is dated 7/1979. The frame is gold over red and some of the gold is rubbing off near the top - see pics.
