Owner tells us this rifle was purchased a few years ago and has only been fired a handful of times. It has the checkered wood stock, laser engraving, and a jeweled bolt. It is in excellent condition, and has a Leupold 4-12 Vari XII Scope. It includes a bipod mount, leather carrying strap, and an Uncle Mike's Large Carrying Case. PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BIDDING.

This is a firearm, and is subject to the transfer rules of the State of California. The transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period will be done by the Licensed Firearm Dealer at Quality Supply, located at 1225 E. Kentucky Ave. in Woodland, about 2 miles from our warehouse. Their website is www.Quality-Supply.com. They have this rifle, and it is available for viewing during their normal business hours. In addition to the purchase price of the rifle, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Quality Supply a Background Check fee of $25.00, and a Transfer fee of $10.00. There will also be a 10 day waiting period, starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the rifle. There is also a new rule beginning on January 1, 2015 that requires a firearm buyer to pass a safety test, or to hold a valid California Hunting License. Quality Supply does not administer this test, but it can be taken at Big 5 or other sporting goods store. These fees and rules are mandated by the US government and State of California.
