Identified as an 11” Weller Wall Pocket, in the collectible Woodcraft style with the Owl.
Has crazing visible on the inside, and a flake on the back bottom - see pics. Also has a minor manufacturing blemish on the top back rim - see pics. A beautiful, rare piece in very good condition
